We are a small bakery tucked into the heart of Clifton, Bristol. Every loaf is hand-shaped and baked in a wood-fired deck oven using our decade-old starter — affectionately known as "Gerald." We work exclusively with UK-grown heritage wheats and rye from Shipton Mill. Our fermentation times range from 18 to 36 hours, producing a complex crumb and the deep, slightly tangy crust our customers love. We offer a weekly subscription loaf box (click & collect on Saturdays) and ship nationwide via a chilled 24-hour courier.
