Nestled in the market town of Hawes in the heart of Wensleydale, we have been making cheese the traditional way for three generations. Our milk comes exclusively from the Shorthorn and Friesian herds that graze the limestone meadows of the dale. We clothbound our cheddars and age our blues in cool stone cellars. All cheeses are made on site. We offer nationwide delivery in insulated boxes with ice packs — cheese arrives in perfect condition, guaranteed.
