Made from sloes gathered from Cotswold field edges and crabapples from our garden. This crystal-clear jelly has a beautiful ruby-garnet colour and a tart, complex flavour.
Traditionally served with game, lamb, or venison. Also excellent alongside stilton on a cheeseboard.

We started making preserves in our farmhouse kitchen outside Bourton-on-the-Water using surplus produce from our walled kitchen garden and local PYO farms. What began as gifts for friends grew into something we wanted to share more broadly. Every jar is made in batches of no more than 12kg, cooked in a traditional copper preserving pan, and hand-labelled. We use no pectin other than what is naturally present in the fruit, and we never add artificial colours or preservatives. Seasonal availability means our range changes through the year.
